Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Alpenglow Massage, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that any changes or

cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

No-shows and appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
